A bit about Sam

Hi!  I'm Sam, Director and numero uno VA at My Girl Friday, and for some unknown reason I often have a crazy open mouth thing happening when attempting to take selfies.

I established My Girl Friday in 2016.  After taking a few years off to spend time at home focusing on my young family, I was approached by a small business who required some casual admin support.  

It didn't take long for the casual support to turn into regular support, in no time word had spread, and suddenly I found myself with a waiting list of clients from around the world!

With 20+ years administrative experience in both the Private and Public sectors, I've held top-level Executive and Personal Assistant roles in organisations across the globe.
